Responsibilities:
1. Melakukan pembuatan shop drawing
2. Menyiapkan As Plan & As Built Drawing CME Telekomunikasi
3. Mempresentasikan gambar yang sudah dibuat ke pemberi tugas
4. Melakukan VE (Value Engineering) atas sistem yang direncanakan
5. Menghitung Bill Of Quantity (Perhitungan Volume)

Requirements:

•     Laki-laki - Wanita
•     Pendidikan Minimal SMK/D3 Sipil/Arsitektur/Desain Grafis/Elektro
•     Maksimal Usia 35 tahun
•     Pengalaman didalam pembuatan As Plan & As Built Drawing CME Telekomunikasi 2-3 tahun
•     Paham membaca Gambar dan RAB Bangunan
•     Mempunyai kemampuan MS Office dan Auto CAD lebih diutamakan
•     Menguasai 3DMax, Corel & Photoshop merupakan nilai plus
•     Siap bekerja dengan target dan tanpa terikat waktu
•     Dapat bekerja dalam tekanan
•     Dapat membuat lay-out (drafting gambar) dan mengerti tentang Product Engineering
•     Menguasai teknik mekanik dan listrik
•     Minimal dapar berbahasa Inggris pasif
•     Memiliki keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
•     Memiliki kemampuan dalam memecahkan masalah, positive, dan proaktif.
•     Teliti, rajin dan bertanggung jawab
•     Berpengalaman di bidang estimator project & mechanical electrical project
•     Dapat bergabung ASAP
•     Status Kontrak

Requirements:

•     The Candidate must be above 35 years old and Indonesian nationality.
•     Bachelor’s degree in Architectural / Civil Engineering.
•     Must be able interpret 2D Autocad drawings & Colour Picture of Concept Design into a 3D model of project.
•     Experienced in making BoQ, to review the images, and calculate the project cost estimates and budget plans ( RAB ).
•     Must have knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS).
•     Capability of using PC software Autocad and Ms.Office.
•     Responsible and possess positive attitude.
•     Meticulous, analytcal, good with numbers detailed.
•     Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule.
•     Highly organized and able to work independently.
•     Must be a team player.
•     Good communiction skills.
