Camp Supervisor
(Central Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:
Camp Supervisors are responsible for overseeing camp activities, and responsible for ensuring the well-being of the camp counselors and the campers during these activities. Make sure that camp policy and all procedures are followed. They are responsible for carrying out disciplinary action, when needed, and maintaining order within the campgrounds

Requirements:
• Male, minimum 25-30 years old
• Minimum D-3/ S1 Degree in any discipline
• Having minimum 4 years experience in related field
• Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan
• Having knowledge for arrange and oversee maintenance activities

Exploration Manager
(Jakarta)

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience in Geology at Mining Industry
• Strong familiarity with geology software such as Mindscape, Minex, Vulcan or similar software
• Bachelors or Master in geology
• Field experience and exposure
• Exposure to mine operations and technologies
• Exposure to exploration program design and management
• Knowledge of industry sector and major players
• High level of communication skills- verbal and written

The role and responsibility
• Managing, supervising and supporting the geology team to certify resourceful examination and appraisal of geological, geophysical and drilling information
• Lead the technical preparation.
• Develop and build the geology team to meet the business plans and the company business needs
• Develop and manage key financial control measures for the geology department
• Execution of exploration programs
• Structural and geophysical interpretation
• Acquiring, compiling and evaluating data to enhance the exploration program
• Research and data analysis
• Develop computer models, roll-out plans, budgets, scopes of work and drilling programs
• Liaising with various drilling companies and other suppliers regarding time frames, costing, contract terms, and other relevant specifications.

GA Supervisor
(Central Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:
Implement and control general affairs and liaison work in the area of public service companies to ensure the effective and efficient running in accordance with the procedures, quality standards and the schedule has been determined

Requirements:
• Male, minimum 24-30 years old
• Minimum D-3/ S1 Degree in any discipline
• Having minimum 4 years experience in related field
• Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan
• Having good competency in :
- Vehicle Operational Controlling
- Internal Security Controlling
- Company Cleanliness Controlling
- GA Asset System
- Waste Organizing

HR Staff
(Central Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:
• Handling HR Administration
• Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff

Requirements:
• Min D-3/S1 any discipline
• Min 3 years experience
• Having knowledge and understanding in all HR function especially in Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, General Affair matters, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation and Industrial Relation
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with plenty of data
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Willing to be located in Central Kalimantan

PROJECT MANAGER
Central Kalimantan

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.

Responsible to make a significant impact with corporate expectation, implement strategies to exceed production targets and incubate an achievement driven culture, demonstrated a consistent, visible, and proactive leadership style whilst ensuring a commitment towards achieving Zero Harm in Occupational Health and Safety.

• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Manage targeted production and productivity of equipment and manpower.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Develop strategies, policies, short term and long-term plan mining division
• Directing and monitoring the effectiveness of its implementation in order to align with overall company strategy and objectives.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships both internal (Corporate Planner, Finance & Accounting Division, etc) and externally ( local government, etc.) to support the smooth implementation of operational activities in the Mining Division.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
• Minimum 5-8 years experiences in mining in similar role
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
• Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Has skills such as initiative, technical ,problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation
• Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ready worked in remote area

Sr. CIVIL ENGINEER
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and provide relevant project documents, and reporting working progress.
2. Generate/review calculate Material Take Off (MTO).
3. Negotiate with contractor or other parties related to project work.
4. Analyze either proposal or other report from contractor which related to project work.
5. Handle Quality Control which is connected with working for mine infrastructure, such as road, bridge, etc.
6. Work together with contractor and consultant.
7. Monitor and crosscheck project progress from contractor.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer.
2. Familiar with Civil Engineering Detail Drawing, Hauling Road Drawing and Steel Bridge Structure Drawing.
3. Minimum 5 years experience in supervising civil construction, steel construction, bridge construction and hauling road.
4. Male, maximum 40 year old with high self motivation, good communication skills and attention to details.
5. Good knowledge in operating Ms. Office, Auto-Cad, Land-desktop/Civil 3D, Structure analysis software, etc.
6. Excellent negotiation skill, hard working, good initiative & teamwork.
7. Good understanding the standard rule of the civil works, earthwork, steel bridge, pilling and road.
8. Sound knowledge in Scheduling, Supervision, Quality Control and Project Administration.
9. Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan).

SENIOR GEOLOGIST
(Central Kalimantan)

Requirements:
1. Male, max.35 years old.
2. S-1 Geology, including production control work in at least two producing mines at similar position.
3. Must be able to control exploration program, geological modeling, reserve calculations.

General Requirements:
• Having experience min.5 years in “coal mining operation” is must.
• Have strong skills in computer literate.
• Able good to work in a team.
• Have good command in English both oral and writing.
• Able to be placed at Mine Site.
• Willing to work in Central Kalimantan.

Technical Reporting

Main Responsibilities:
1. Prepare evaluation and analytical data from all units related to technical / operations based on RKAP for accurate annual and internal report to the company.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree Industrial Engineer.
2. Female, maximum 30 year old with high self motivation, good communication skills and attention to details.
3. Good knowledge in operating Ms. Office
4. Hard working, good initiative & teamwork.
