ELECTRICAL COORDINATOR

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for maintenance work program for electricity system and equipments.
• Coordinate with store operation team, head office, building management, consultant, and contractor for working schedule and monitoring the result/ quality
• Evaluating electricity cost and initiate cost saving programs..

Requirements:

• Male, max 35 years old, minimum Diploma Degree from Electrical Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance (specialized in electrical)
• Experience in retail industry would be an advantage
• Good coordination & communication skill, and able to thrive in fast paced
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci area.

HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT
Responsibilities:

• Set up Annual Audit Plan
• Develop internal audit programs based on management strategies
• Create and manage audit methods & execution
• Provide advisory for business units’ SOP and policies in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business operation

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from reputable university
• Min. 7 years solid experiences as Audit Manager from reputable public accountant firm
• Experiences in retail company would be an advantage
• Strong analytical ability, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced
• Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate
• Team player with strong communication skill
• Willing to travel and to be placed at Lippo Karawaci

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for executing and managing recruitment & selection process to fulfill manpower needs & to get the best candidates for Matahari.

Requirements:

• Female, max 30 years old, min Bachelor Degree from Psychology with GPA > 2.75.
• Min 2 years relevant experience in recruitment field.
• Having knowledge in interviewing, sourcing, and handling psychological assessment
• Strong coordination & interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English & Computer Literate

The brand that eventually became Lee Cooper was established in 1908 by Morris Cooper and a friend, Louis Maister, after they arrived in London from their hometown in Lithuania, having previously spent some time in South Africa. Operating under the name M.Cooper (Overalls) Ltd., from premises on Middlesex Street in London's East End, they began production of workwear, having identified a market for it in South Africa.
During the years of the first World War, M.Cooper (Overalls), which by then employed over 600 people, halted production of workwear and began making uniforms, kit bags and rucksacks for the British Army. In 1937, a new factory dedicated to the manufacture of denim was opened in Stratford, with the business reporting a profit of £1,000 by year end.The outbreak of the second World War in 1939 led Morris Cooper to split the business into two: one arm continued making workwear, while the other concentrated on producing military uniforms, battle fatigues and flight overalls. M.Cooper (Overalls) eventually became one of the armed forces' biggest suppliers.

Responsibilities:

•     Responsible for every aspect of visual merchandising (VM) in store, to support store operation team to achieve sales target
•     Ensuring VM presentation in store is attractive for customer and in line with company standard
•     Provide training and direction to VM team and sales associates in order to increase their technical skill & knowledge about fashion trend
•     Support store operation team for in-store promotion material

Requirements:

•     Male / Female, maximum 28years old
•     Minimum 2 years Experience in retail
•     Minimum D3 in Architecture/Interior Design/Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design
•     Proficient in Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Mac, freehand
