JOB PERTAMINA - TALISMAN JAMBI MERANG is Oil and Gas Operating Joint Venture between PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi and Talisman Energy Inc. It was founded in 1989. The iambi Merang Block consists of 2 fields, Sungai Kenawang and Pulau Gading. Our vision is to become the bestand largest Operating Body in gas production.

Currently we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following position:

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the process of recruiting new hires and/or internal recruiting
• Responsible for providing end-to-end resourcing solutions to user in the selection of candidates
• Maintain interview summary and reporting

Requirements:
• A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Law, or other degree related from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment process in the Oil and Gas industry
• Knowledgeable in Indonesia manpower regulations and manpower planning (RPTK)
• Preferable has experience in C&B at Oil & Gas industry
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Strong communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Skilled in Microsoft office applications and preferable in SAP
• Strong network, mainly in Oil and Gas industry
• Able to work well in a multicultural team and be highly motivated, effective team player, disciplined, and a dynamic and good personality

Business Excellence Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review Corporate and Upstream Accounting Policy
• Provide consultancy/ advise  to Finance or respective parties on Accounting Policy & Practices to ensure proper record and report of financial transactions, consistent applications, and  reliability and integrity of the financial books of account.
• Facilitate user within company in developing, reviewing, and improving business process using Business Process Management - Pritchett Rummler-Brache methodology and technology utilization
• Administer and monitor published business process to ensure the documents are still applicable based on the frequency
• Ensure the designed controls are reflected in business process documentation
• Review Authority Limitation Management published in higher level (Corporate, Upstream, Exploration, Finance, Procurement and Region)
• Provide interpretation and assistance for user related to Authority Limitation Management approval
• Ensure no Segregation of Duties conflict on Authority Limitation Management assignment  and automated approval are assigned in SAP
• Act as main resources and single point of contact for Finance and other department related to account reconciliation
• Maintain account reconciliation database for reconciler and approver
• Review (“audit”) Account Reconciliation that has been reviewed by approver to ensure fully compliance with COP Account Reconciliation policy and note for any potential items/ issues included items for Account Reconciliation Exception Report.
• Document the review result and communicate with respective team lead, manager and VP Finance
• Become liaison with internal and external auditor related to Account Reconciliations
• Working closely with Account Reconciliation Coordinator in Corporate as resources when there is any questions
• Provide guidance and training to reconciler and supervisor
• Identifying area for improvement in account reconciliation area either for reconciler or Business Excellence perspective

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Minimum Experience – 5 years within Pubic Accounting or Finance function
• Accounting –  holding CPA Australia or CPA US or Chartered Accountant  
• Auditing and Internal Control
• Business Process Methodology
• Flowcharting Tool
• SAP Modules: Finance, Material Management, Security  
• Office Application
• Leadership, Communication, Commercial Awareness, Initiative, Teamwork,  Networking
