Marketing Trainee

As our marketing trainees, you will undergo one-year training where you will learn various marketing & sales functions as you will be groomed to be part of our marketing & sales management team. In marketing function you will learn about promoting, advertising, analyzing market and demographics. In sales function you will learn about sales procedures, sales strategies dan distribution channels. At the end of the training, you will be well-equipped to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies. Along the way, we expect you to exercise your leadership capabilities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or Master Degree in any major
• Min. GPA of 3.0
• Fast learner, self driven and out going
• Must be hardworking as these kinds of jobs require a lot of field work
• Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal
• Experience in marketing or sales is preferable
• Willing to be placed in any city in Indonesia

Marketing Research 

Our marketing researchers are to develop research method such as create questionnaires, interview target market and analyze data. They also need to have strong quantitative and analytical skills. This position will be based in our Jakarta and Surabaya office.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree from all major, but preferable from Statistic/Psychology from reputable universities
• Min. GPA of 3.0
• Willing to extensively travel throughout our sites nationwide
• Preferences will be given for those who have strong basic knowledge in statistics.

Quality Management System Staff

 
Quality Management System Staff is responsible for developing and auditing company quality system procedures to the required standard. This position is responsible for working with Lead Auditor in documenting and reporting non-conformance(s). This position will be based in our Kudus, Central Java office.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Technology or Management from reputable universities
• Min. GPA of 3.0

Research & Development
 

This position is part of Product Development Team, where main responsibilities include managing and executing cigarette development process and commercialization for assigned brand. This position will be based in our Kudus, Central Java office.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Science, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology from reputable university
• Min. GPA of 3.0
• Having a general understanding of the design and development process from inception through production

Programmer (CODE: PROG)

Responsibilities:

• As our programmer staff, you will support our Business Technology Department in order to develop and implement some application design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or relevant majors
• Maximum 28 years of age
• GPA of more than 3.0
• Professionally able to utilize networking concept, MS SQL Server 2000, VB/VB Script and ASP/JSP
• The candidates should also have experiences in VB.NET/ASP.NET Program, Java/Java Script, HTML, Crystal Report and MS Access
