Expeditor

An excellent opportunity for Expeditor has arisen to join our Supply Chain Dept team. Residentially based in Sangatta Mine Project and reporting to Warehouse & Purchasing Supervisor. You will ensure to follow up all of outstanding order parts/components and General materials P3 of Plant Planning order and facilitate user to get last status of ordering parts/components and General materials.
The scopes of your role will include but not limited to  expedite all open order and outstanding to suppliers (Spare parts, PEX / Reman, and General Purchasing) in order to on time supplied Establish Expediting  Report (Open order and outstanding OP, NCR, Cancel OP notify to Buyer, OTD, MOM Suppliers and Balikpapan / Jakarta Expeditors.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a High School, Diploma Degree or similar, with minimum of 2 years experience in Purchasing, Warehouse Inventory, access data base knowledge and IT experience preferred but not essential. Having strong motivation, organize and provide direction to employees, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity for Quantity Surveyor has arisen to join our Construction team ever undertaken in the South East Asia Region. Residentially based in Jakarta and reporting to Project Manager, to be part of engineering team responsible for all matters related to quality surveying measurements with a focus on the contractual and commercial requirement of the projects. Carry out measurements and re-measurement of highway design related works from drawings and carry out review on the quantities from the design consultant adopting the rules of measurement under the appropriate method of measurement. Understand and implement the design & project management plan.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveyor. Knowledge of Standard Method of Measurement and familiar with Design Standards such as Indonesian Standards, Australian Standards, ASSHTO and British Standards. Experience in MS Office is a must. Attention to details, good interpretation in drawings, BoQ and valuation. Independent and mature personality self-motivated and result driven. Responsible for the quality and ISO9001 standards compliance for toll road project.
