This position will play a key role in developing a comprehensive Human Capital Strategy for managing learning and organizational development, implement and oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, improve leadership and maintain the overall health of a company and responsible for the delivery of human resources administrative services according to policies and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective business operations.

Typical Responsibilities

The Person must…

  • Have an experience of quality management training and staff development with demonstrated competency is also required

Manager Measurement Science Operation

Job Purpose:

This position manages and executed the onshore deliverables of MSci Operations and associated project work for the country. This includes understanding and representing the local market conditions in the operations processes, as well as managing and executing the local country “onshore” work. This entails engaging local partners like GO and DA to ensure smooth hand-offs in operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manages and executes the onshore deliverables of MSci Operations and associated project work for the country. Onshore project work will be execution work that requires a local presence such as aspects of universe, sample design, data queries that entails local inspection, contacts, or language.
  • Maintains project work discipline in the centrally managed Project Tracker
  • Might entail the supervision of certain analysts (associates) located onshore / offshore.
  • Manages local engagement with GO and DA on select Operations and associated project work.
  • Serves as a “touch point” for local deliverables and on select operations and associated project work and to investigate data inquiries / challenges with local teams, offshore operations, and practice transformation for processes / methods issues.
  • Works through Country Operations Leadership on Global Operations and Practice Transformation teams to converge processes, methods, and applications on optimized best practices.
  • Participates in talent development of Onshore Operations, as directed by Country / Regional Operations Leader.
  • B.S. or B.A., preferably in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field
  • Masters Degree
  • 5+ years of quantitative analysis work experience ( hands-on with manipulating & analyzing data)
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Knowledge of FoxPro, SQL, SAS/SPSS, database structures
  • Deep market research domain experience
  • Ability to execute research projects, and translate the results into operational or analytical solutions to problems
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to document work and effectively prioritize documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate among teams spread out geographically (multi-shore presence)

Project Management Executive

  • Coordinate with other departments to clarify project related problems / issues in order to ensure that instructions are carried out correctly
  • Supervise and validate auditors’ work (e.g. quality of data, speed and accuracy of work, familiarization of products)
